A string of new contracts and business opportunities, in addition to the continuing focus on customer service means that leading fleet and asset management software company Jaama has recruited two new members of staff.
Paul Adams has joined the sales team as business development manager with responsibility for managing non-major customer accounts and new business development in the south of England.
Prior to joining Jaama, Paul, who has an HNC in business management, worked for more than two years in business development at epyx, the company behind the 1link electronic trading platform, giving him valuable skills and experience within the fleet industry. Previously he worked in Edinburgh in IT sales for Axios Systems.
Yvonne Parker has joined the Jaama team as a customer support analyst. Before joining Jaama she was employed by global information services company Experian as a service support desk team leader. Yvonne has spent most of here working life in IT beginning as a computer operator but also including spells in development and IT management roles and holds a wide cross section of programming and business qualifications.
Martin Evans, managing director of Jaama, said: “In recent months we have recruited a number of new staff following continuous and significant growth in our customer base. It is important that we recruit highly skilled IT professionals into our support team to ensure we continue to deliver a first class service to our customers.”
He added: “We reported an 18% rise in our customer base in 2013 and in the first half of 2014 we have experienced continuing growth as we deliver further customer service improvements and product enhancements to our core Key2 fleet management system to meet client expectations.”
