Fleet and asset management software company Jaama’s New Year pledge to deliver further customer service improvements and product enhancements has been underlined with two new appointments.
Sam Gear has joined Jaama, the UK’s number one fleet and asset management software company, as a software tester with a brief to further improve quality processes, and Debra Dennis has been recruited as a software support analyst.
Appointment of the duo underpins a long-standing commitment by Jaama to further increase advancements in functionality of its core web-based Key2 software system and to work with customers to ensure they realise the full potential and power of their systems.
Sam has joined Jaama following a 14-year career working as a software tester in a broad range of companies.
Meanwhile, Debra has significant software support analyst experience in a number of business sectors including working on Jaguar Land Rover’s IT desk supporting national sales companies.
Jaama managing director Martin Evans said: “Jaama celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2014 and we anticipate expanding our workforce by at least 10% during the year as the company continues to deliver further customer service improvements and product enhancements to meet the demands of its growing customer base, which increased by 18% last year.”
