Maintenance Exchange seamlessly integrates with Key2 but can also interface with other fleet systems and enables:
- Seamless maintenance booking
- Authorisation of work
- Invoicing and auditing of vehicle maintenance work
The Maintenance Exchange platform streamlines the exchange of all vehicle maintenance information, typically MoT certifications, vehicle inspection sheets, servicing and routine maintenance documents which can be uploaded by service and repair centres and then shared between; vehicle owners/operators and the DVSA.
Vehicle maintenance work can be electronically authorised through the platform in a couple of clicks saving valuable time. Real-time communication plus scheduled and automated notifications significantly reduces administrative burden and helps keep vehicle downtime to a minimum.
A full demonstration will be available to all show attendees, simply head to stand number 5B74 in the Workshop Sector.
The show also coincides with Jaama partnering Commercial Motor with its CV repair, maintenance and tyre management industry survey which looks at strategies for keeping vehicles on the road and how they have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. “Industry research is paramount to cultivating our product road map. Fleets are having to do more with less people who are potentially working remotely are raised as key frustrations and the launch of Maintenance Exchange really helps fleets to keep on top of their maintenance and compliance regimes in difficult circumstances.”
“It’s great to see the CV Show is back and we are pleased to be part of the new-look summer show. Maintenance Exchange has been specifically developed for commercial vehicle fleets, so the show provides us with the perfect opportunity to engage with end user fleets,” said, Jaama’s managing director Martin Evans.
