TCH Leasing has rolled out Jaama’s Key2 asset management platform to run its fleet of 9,000 contract hire, fleet management and salary sacrifice vehicles.
The entire system has been implemented remotely via Zoom during the pandemic, which included training for up to 50 TCH system users
TCH chose Jaama as a partner as they wanted a proven system provider to help future proof the growth and management aspirations of its leasing business, whilst supporting their wide range of customers with diverse fleet needs and challenges.
“We work to the ethos of one size does not fit all when it comes to vehicle leasing. We work with several different types of fleets from SMEs to blue chip companies as well as public sector customers. We also run a small brokerage and daily rental operation with around 15-20% of our fleet being made up of light commercials,” said Mark Hammond. TCH Leasing managing director.
“Add to that our established salary sacrifice scheme and you can appreciate how diverse our fleet is and the multiple requirements of our customers and their drivers. Jaama’s Key2 system has the power to manage everything within one system and their team understand our different customers’ requirements from quote to order and in-life vehicle management,” he added.
Salary sacrifice and EVs are growing hand in hand across the company car and employee benefits sector and Key2 can hold the most up to date list of hybrid and electric cars available from manufacturers. This enables TCH and their customers to generate quotes on the very latest cars available and to order against a number of different parameters depending on the funding and fleet type.
“Drivers want quotes on cars that have been recently launched by manufacturers and we can rest assured our quotation engine includes these models along with the very latest Government grant allowances. This dynamic approach, compared with our previous systems which didn’t evolve much over a five-year period, adds real value to our offering to customers” explained Hammond.
TCH has adopted Key2’s fully integrated accounting module which enables all accounting processes to be centralised in one system for the first time, while its own App, customer portals and e-signature facility have also been incorporated into the Key2 system.
TCH Leasing is the third contract hire business system which Jaama has rolled out under Covid-19 pandemic restrictions in the last 18 months.
“There has been a greater focus on software that can bring tangible improvements during the pandemic and we are pleased that TCH has chosen to work with us to future proof the running of its business. TCH’s ‘one size does not fit all company ethos’ means they provide different bespoke solutions to their eclectic mix of fleet customers. Key2 is set up to manage all of these different customer arrangements on a single platform and we look forward to working with TCH and helping them grow their fleet over the coming years,” said Martin Evans, Jaama’s managing director.
