Jaama focus on information security with ISO 27001

Leading fleet and asset management software company Jaama has successfully achieved ISO 27001:2013 certification for its information security management.

Providing reassurance to clients and prospects that Jaama’s core Key2 software meets the most rigorous standard, ISO 27001:2013 is a stringent certification for information security controls and guarantees that controls and other forms of risk treatment are in place to prevent and defend against potential information security vulnerabilities.

The certification also ensures that the information security controls continue to meet requirements on an ongoing basis around the management of data including, for example, financial information, intellectual property, employee details and information entrusted to by third parties.

Amid increasing fines for personal data breaches, organisations must ensure compliance with legislative requirements, such as the UK Data Protection Act and provide confidence to customers that they have the ability to manage data.

Therefore, providing peace of mind to Key 2 users across the fleet and plant hire industries, ISO 27001:2013 certification ensures Jaama’s approach to managing information security is effective and follows best practice.

Commercial Vehicle Show – Focus on Fleet Efficiency

Cutting the fleet administration burden and utilising data to deliver financial savings are two of the many returns on investment that commercial vehicle fleets can expect from using Jaama’s multi award-winning vehicle and driver management online software solution Key2.

Furthermore as the fleet industry continues to evolve so should fleet software, which is why when commercial vehicle operators choose their solution partner they should focus not only on the current offering, but a supplier’s future proofing ability.

A fleet’s chosen software provider must be able to deliver a highly sophisticated, modern, online system, and be fully focused on continuous product development and functionality improvements and visitors to this year’s Commercial Vehicle Show – at the NEC in Birmingham, from 26-28 April – will be able to view Jaama’s industry-leading solution.
