Fleet Hire joins forces with Jaama to introduce new ‘Dashboard’ to put customers in control.

Fleet Hire has launched a one-stop fleet management ‘dashboard’ which delivers real-time information to their customers and helps identify vehicle operating efficiencies.
 
The ‘dashboard’ technology developed by Jaama is underpinned by their existing Key2 system, which was implemented more than six years ago by Fleet Hire to manage its 6,000-strong fleet of company cars and light commercial vehicles.
 
Jaama technology is used by a number of small and medium-sized contract hire and leasing companies and Fleet Hire’s introduction of the ‘dashboard’ puts them at the cutting edge of leased vehicle suppliers.

Expanding Jaama gives customer service another boost with new senior appointment.

Demand for Jaama’s cutting-edge Key2 software from both public and private sector fleets has led to the appointment of Bob Leighfield as customer services manager.
 
Leighfield has joined the multi award-winning fleet software specialist from Arval, one of the UK’s largest vehicle leasing and fleet management companies.
 
Mr Leighfield, who has extensive industry experience, has taken charge of the company’s nine-strong customer services team. The team is responsible for supporting Jaama’s ever growing customer base.
