Expanding Jaama gives customer service another boost with new senior appointment.

Demand for Jaama’s cutting-edge Key2 software from both public and private sector fleets has led to the appointment of Bob Leighfield as customer services manager.
 
Leighfield has joined the multi award-winning fleet software specialist from Arval, one of the UK’s largest vehicle leasing and fleet management companies.
 
Mr Leighfield, who has extensive industry experience, has taken charge of the company’s nine-strong customer services team. The team is responsible for supporting Jaama’s ever growing customer base.

Jaama’s expansion fueled by new recruit.

Jon Davis, Jaama’s latest recruit, has been employed as a telesales executive with his focus on booking appointments with potential customers for Key2, the company’s multi award-winning online fleet management solution.
 
Jon will also be responsible for selling RiskAssistant, Jaama’s unique online system designed to help organisations meet their occupational road risk management responsibilities and Licence2Check, the company’s web-based 24-hour electronic driver licence checking service with the DVLA.

Experienced IT support professional Stuart Gregory has joined leading fleet management software specialist Jaama’s Customer Services team.
