JAAMA ENHANCES P11D DATA VALIDATION WITHIN ITS KEY2 SYSTEM

Jaama has made further improvements to the benefit-in-kind reporting capability of its industry-leading Key2 Vehicle Management system which now provides employees’ with the ability to ‘pre-validate’ their annual P11D declaration.
 
The service pack update is welcomed by Jaama customers who could face a maximum penalty of £3,000 for each incorrect P11D submission and is especially important in light of HM Revenue and Customs recent announcement that thousands of employee tax codes could be incorrect.

Van Excellence is an industry-led initiative to raise standards and improve the image of the UK’s growing van sector and includes a tough accreditation system and a strict code of practice, and is backed by many household names.

Leading fleet, leasing and rental management software supplier Jaama has expanded its implementation team with the appointment of Tom Mansbridge.
 
Mr Mansbridge joins Jaama as a project consultant after spending four years as IT manager with commercial vehicle leasing, fleet and accident management specialist Prohire.
 
During Mr Mansbridge’s time at Prohire, he led the development of their IT systems with the objective of improving business processes and enabling staff to work more efficiently. Prohire introduced Jaama’s award-winning Key2 system last year as their business solution.

Stirling Council uses Jaama Software

STIRLING COUNCIL USES JAAMA SOFTWARE TO DRIVE FORWARD FLEET EFFICIENCIES 

Stirling Council is one of a growing number of local authorities utilising award-winning online technology from Jaama to drive forward fleet management operating efficiencies.
 
The Council, which runs a fleet of some 550 vehicles comprising 200 cars, 265 light and 85 heavy commercial vehicles as well as trailers and plant and equipment, uses Jaama’s Key2 Vehicle Management software and is phasing in an increasing range of additional modules to further improve operating and administration efficiency and reporting.
 
Key2 software was initially introduced four years ago after Jaama won a competitive tender.

Organised by industry publication Fleet News, it is the first time that Tamworth-based Jaama has reached the final of the Fleet Supplier of the Year category.

Jaama has added yet more functionality to its multi award-winning Key2 Contract Hire and Leasing system which enables leasing companies to offer car salary sacrifice schemes to their customers.
 
The salary sacrifice module enables lease companies to set customer specific schemes and also manage the related contracts. 
 
Employees are provided with access to a web quotes system to choose their preferred vehicle and the system will then calculate the expected salary deduction value. Once the quote has been approved, Key2’s efficient workflow will use the information to create the necessary order, vehicle record and contract with minimal manual intervention.
