17 December 2025 - Fleet management software specialist Jaama has opened a new head office in the Midlands, bringing its two previous sites together into a single central hub. The purpose-built space is designed to enhance collaboration, spark innovation, and strengthen customer support across the business.

For more than 20 years, Jaama has believed that fleet management is about more than software; it’s about delivering people-focused service, high performance and complete peace of mind. With over 80% of its workforce dedicated to customer-facing or product development roles, the company evolves rapidly, guided by a customer-driven product roadmap. The new consolidated workspace will unite teams in a dynamic environment that reinforces collaboration, innovation, and cultural alignment.

Looking ahead to 2026, Jaama plans to deepen collaboration with a growing network of partners who share the same vision. As fleets increasingly rely on multiple digital tools for driver management, maintenance, fuel, telematics, and compliance, Jaama’s Key2 fleet management software brings these systems together via mature APIs. This unified ecosystem enables operators to make better decisions, standardise processes and achieve long-term operational efficiency.

Jaama’s long-term strategy focuses on helping customers operate with clarity, confidence and resilience. Continued investment in product capability, customer engagement, and modern architecture ensures operators are equipped to meet evolving legislative, environmental and technological demands.

Andrew Holgate, CEO of Jaama, said: “Opening our new head office is an important milestone for Jaama and reflects the momentum we have built over the past year.

"We have grown to more than 130 people by investing where it matters most: customer-facing teams and product capability, and this new office gives us the capacity to keep building at pace.

"Bringing our teams together in one space strengthens collaboration and allows us to innovate faster. Looking ahead to 2026, this investment ensures we are organised, scaled, and ready to lead as the market accelerates.”
